Each seat covers 1 RFC and 1 download type (issued or received). To download both issued and received CFDIs for the same RFC, you need 2 seats. Downloads include CFDIs, metadata, and withholding CFDIs, no matter which system issued them.
Before you pay or deduct any CFDI, check its structure, SAT seal (the seal inside the digital tax stamp that certifies the CFDI), issuer's digital seal (the issuer's signature over the CFDI, made with its CSD), status, and whether its RFCs are on the SAT blacklists.

You buy validations in advance, with a minimum purchase of 200. Each criterion checked on a CFDI uses 1 validation, so a full check of 7 criteria uses 7. Every criterion costs the same, at any volume.
Your customers invoice their purchase tickets (sales receipts your customers can later turn into CFDIs) in your auto-invoice portal (auto-invoice: a CFDI your customer requests from a ticket; you remain the issuer). Tickets nobody invoices go into your global invoice (factura global, one CFDI that groups a period's sales to the general public).

Your customers invoice their purchase from your portal. Each ticket you record uses 1 ticket credit, and each invoice issued uses 1 stamp. Tickets nobody invoices are grouped into a global invoice. You pay one subscription, no matter how many RFCs or people you have, and ticket credits have a minimum purchase of 200.
